COVID-19 RESPONSE

This page is dedicated to informing our valued customers of our response  to  the Covid-19 pandemic. Our priority is to minimise the possible spread of this virus, ensuring the safety of all our customers and staff. In order to  achieve this, extra measures have and will been implemented. To alleviate any concern, we hope and appreciate your co-operation in implementing these measures.

COVID- 19 MEASURES

Pick up and delivery will continue as normal, if you wish us to take further measures please advise us. For our driver to collect. Upon delivery we can leave your clothes at your front door using hooks provided by us, free of charge. Should you have a lot of ironing you may wish to provide a portable clothes rack for our driver to leave your clothes. We can arrange for a portable clothes rack for an additional fee.

All cash payments will still be accepted as normal, again please advise us if you have any concerns to implement further precautionary measures.

Our driver will be equipped with antibacterial / hand sanitiser and may wear a mask for their protection as well as yours.

All surfaces and handles of baskets will be disinfected upon arrival to our workshop and  also upon departure. All hangers will be disinfected as well.

Our delivery van will be cleaned, wiped and disinfected twice daily.

TYPE OF WORK

Be assured Quick Press only services residential / domestic properties. We do not service commercial / industrial clients eg. nursing homes, medical centres, hospitals, childcare centres. Any premises which may be considered higher risk for Covid-19 under the current situation.
