COVID-19 RESPONSE

This page is dedicated to informing our valued customers of our response  to  the Covid-19 pandemic. Our priority is to minimise the possible spread of this virus, ensuring the safety of all our customers and staff. We are considered an essential service and will continue to operate with additional measures in place. To alleviate any concern, we appreciate your co-operation.

COVID- 19 MEASURES

Pick up and delivery will be contactless where and when possible.  Should you have a lot of ironing you may wish to provide a portable clothes rack for our driver to leave your clothes. Diver will not enter premises under any circumstance.

All cash payments will still be accepted as normal, please advise us if you have any concerns to implement further precautionary measures for yourself.

Our driver will be equipped with hand sanitiser and will wear a mask for their protection, as well as yours.

All surfaces and handles of baskets will be disinfected upon arrival to our workshop and  also upon departure. All hangers will be disinfected as well.

Our delivery van will be cleaned, wiped and disinfected twice daily.

If you or anyone in your household is ill with Covid-19 like symptoms, in isolation, quarantine or awaiting test results, please advise us and cancel your booking.

TYPE OF WORK

Be assured Quick Press only services residential / domestic properties. We do not service commercial / industrial clients eg. nursing homes, medical centres, hospitals, childcare centres. Any premises which may be considered higher risk for Covid-19 under the current situation.
